Flower Mound Roof Repair

This Flower Mound home in Bridlewood had a 17-year-old roof that had been damaged by a hailstorm in 2020. The insurance provider originally did not provide funding to cover all damaged items. We, Anderson Roofing & Contracting, completed a thorough inspection, documented all damage, and submitted/discussed with the insurance on the items missed. The insurance provider provided the correct funding based on our inspection and we were able to complete the project for this homeowner! We removed the old shingles and underlayment, this house had two layers of underlayment, to the decking. We then installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal with GAF Z-Ridge. All gutters were replaced as well as the chimney cap and chase.
