How do you approach clients?
Anderson Roofing does not use door to door sales people. All of our clients come from referrals through clients or media.
When a potential client calls us, we listen. We care about your home as if it is our own. We set up appointments at your convenience to assess damage, take pictures and let you know what the next steps should be.
Insurance: Who to call first?
Call Anderson Roofing first so we can assess the damage and inform you if you need to call your insurance. This will prevent you from having an unnecessary claim. Remember, if you call your insurance carrier to ask a questions about how to proceed, then decide not to formally file a claim, it is still recorded as a claim.
What kind of shingle should I choose?
The type of shingle your choose depends on your personal taste and preference. Your shingle choice should reflect what you like in design and color. All shingles installed correctly will keep your home dry!
