Flower Mound Roof Repair

This Flower Mound home sustained hail damage, and unbeknownst to the homeowner, there was ten areas of rotted decking. Rotted decking is a sign that the shingles are failing, and this can cause interior damage if not addressed. After we removed the old, damaged shingles and underlayment, we did a thorough inspection and replaced the damaged decking. This provided a solid nailing surface for the new Owens Corning WeatherGuard HP (Class 4) shingles in the color TruDefinition Driftwood. The customer also opted to upgrade their attic ventilation from the traditional box vents to ridge vent.
