Flower Mound Roof Repair

This home in Flower Mound had the original roof from the mid 90’s and it had sustained several hailstorms through the years. We removed the old shingles and underlayment to decking and thoroughly inspected for any damage. This home had a severe interior water damage and several locations on the roof with water damage to the decking. We installed CertainTeed MaxDef in Weathered Wood; this shingle originally wasn’t approved by the HOA but we were able to work with them to add it to their approved list of shingles! We also replaced the metal roof over the bay window, all gutters and downspouts, the chimney cap and chase, window screens. The interior work was also covered by the insurance and included replacing dry wall, wallpaper, and painting in their dining room due to the water damage.
