This home was in the process of being sold when we were contacted to inspect the roof of this property due to noted hail damage on the Home Inspection report. This home had the original roof that was 17 years old and had been damaged by multiple hail storms. If the roof wasn’t replaced then it would run the risk of not being insured by the buyer’s home insurance. Due to the scheduled closing date of this property we had to quickly jump into action and replace the roof and gutters. We were able to complete on schedule and ahead of the date without any interruption to the closing. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Weathered Wood and Senox gutters.
