Coppell Roof Replacement

This Coppell home had been damaged by a recent hailstorm. We met the insurance adjuster at the property to review and document all damage from the storm event. Once the claim was approved, we proceeded to remove the old roof system and install a new GAF roofing system. When removing the previous roof, it was crucial we removed the roof to the decking, this house had three layers of underlayment and when removed we found multiple areas of rotted decking. If a home has rotted decking then the new roofing system will be compromised and has the risk of prematurely failing. We then installed GAF Timberline HDZ in Weathered Wood with the matching color of GAF Z-Ridge.
