Coppell Roof Replacement

This Coppell home had the original roof from the early 90s and had been damaged by hail. The home was in the process of being sold when the home inspector noted hail damage to the roof. The roof had to urgently be replaced before the closing of the home. We were able to quickly document the existing roof materials and accessories, order materials, handle negotiations with the buyers, and install the roof before the approaching closing date. We also noticed the roof lacked proper attic ventilation and installed larger Lomanco turbines and GAF Ridge Vent.
